Ingredients
- 3 - zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese or mozzarella cheese, grated
How To Make baked zucchini with mushrooms

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2Combine zucchini, mushrooms, onion, bacon, salt, pepper, garlic salt, butter, egg and cracker crumbs in a large bowl, stirring until well blended.

Step 3Spoon into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish and top with cheese.

Step 4Bake for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
