  • 3 small
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    parmessan cheese

How to Make Baked & Seasoned Zucchini


  1. Heat oven to 350
    Slice up zucchini lengthwise
    Coat cookie sheet with a tiny bit of oil just to keep from sticking
    Place on a cookie sheet
  2. Spread olive oil all over top of zucchini
    Then sprinkle with your fingers the spices (you can add rosemary too we just don't care for rosemary)
    Top with parmesan cheese and you can use more if you would like
  3. Bake 15 to 17 minutes
