How to Make Bacon, Spinach & Egg Scramble
- 1Fry bacon until crispy and set aside.
- 2Pour spinach into large skillet with bacon drippings. If on a diet, drain the bacon drippings out first. Stir occasionally and let the spinach cook until hot.
- 3Crack eggs on top of hot spinach and season them with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs into the spinach until the eggs are well mixed and done.
- 4Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
