My Nephew Phil really loves this I usually make it for a family gathering. Nothing to it pretty easy but really good.I have a speial corn dish that I put this in and he looks for that dish.

butter, cold

How to Make Aunt Linda's Scalloped Corn

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix first 4 ingreients well. Pour into well greased baking dish.
  • 2Sprinkle crushed saltines on top. Dot wth butter.Bake in 350 degree oven for two hours.uncovered Or until set and topping is golden brown.
