~ asian inspired broccoli ~
A different twist on plain old broccoli. This recipe has an Asian twist to it. My whole family loved it. I hope yours does as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 - heads, fresh broccoli or about 5 - 6 cups - stems removed and broke into flourets
- 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup melted, butter
- 1 tablespoon + 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced, garlic
- salt - & pepper to taste
How To Make ~ asian inspired broccoli ~

Step 1Remove hard stalks from broccoli and break into individual florets.

Step 2In a bowl, mix the melted butter, soy sauce, garlic and brown sugar. Mix well so that the brown sugar is dissolved.

Step 3Place Broccoli into a microwave safe bowl. Pour mixture over broccoli.

Step 4Cover with saran wrap and place in microwave. Cook for 6 - 8 minutes or until tender.

Step 5Toss well with liquid in bottom of bowl. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Delish!
