Ingredients
- 1 pound brussel sprouts cleaned and trimmed
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 - red onion
- 1/2 - jalapeno seeded
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make asian brussel sprouts

Step 1In food processor process sprouts, red onion, jalapeno and garlic. Add oil to pan and add sprout mixture.

Step 2Cook a couple of minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until soft and wilted.
