Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced yellow squash
- 1 /2 cup chopped onions
- 35 - buttery round crckers, crushed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butte melted
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt & pepper
How To Make yellow squash casserole

Step 1Preheat over to 400 Place squash and onions in pan with a small amount of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Place in large bowl and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix cracker crumbs and cheese. Stir half of cracker mixture into cooked squash and onions. Stir 1/4 cup of melted butter, salt and pepper together.Put into a baking dish (9 x 13) Sprinkle remaining crackers mixture over top and dot with 2 tablespoon of butter.
