1 can(s)(10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
1 cshredded cheddar or mozzarella or swiss cheese
1/3 csour cream
1 can(s)(2 7/8 ounce) french fried onions
How to Make Vegetable Casserole
- Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 cup French fried onions.
- Pour into a shallow casserole.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions across top.
Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
