- 12 oz packages frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of asparagus soup
How To Make terry's spinach souffle

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Lightly butter a 9x9" casserole dish

Step 3In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs. Add the spinach, bread crumbs, cheese and soup. Do not add any water.

Step 4Pour spinach mixture into the buttered dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
