frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

eggs
1/2 c
bread crumbs
1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 can(s)
cream of celery or cream of asparagus soup

How to Make Terry's Spinach Souffle

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Lightly butter a 9x9" casserole dish
  • 3In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs. Add the spinach, bread crumbs, cheese and soup. Do not add any water.
  • 4Pour spinach mixture into the buttered dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
