·2 lb. bag of frozen tater tots (any brand is fine).
·16 oz. sour cream
·1 medium onion chopped
·1 can cream of chicken soup
·1 pkg. 16oz. shredded cheddar cheese
·1 tsp. salt
·1/2 tsp. black pepper
·3 c. crushed corn flakes
·1 stick melted butter
How to Make Tater Tot Casserole
- Pre-heat oven 350°
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together except the corn flakes and butter.
- In a separate bowl combine:
Crushed corn flakes (easy to crush use same bowl and crush with a clean glass. Do not crush too fine keep a little chuncky) Add melted butter and stir with fork
- In an ungreassed 2 qt. Casserole dish add the Tater Tot mixture.
- Top with corn flake mixture and bake uncovered for 1 hr. Serve warm!
