This is a great recipe when sweet onions are in season. Vidalias are the best!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium
    sweet onions cut in chunks
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream, lite
  • ·
    cracker crumbs (ritz are best.)

How to Make Sweet Onion Cassefole

Step-by-Step

  1. In skillet, melt butter with onions and cook until translucent.
  2. Combine with rest of ingredients in medium size casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.
