Ingredients

4 mediumsweet onions cut in chunks
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
-
1/2 csour cream, lite
-
·cracker crumbs (ritz are best.)
How to Make Sweet Onion Cassefole
- In skillet, melt butter with onions and cook until translucent.
- Combine with rest of ingredients in medium size casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.
