Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet onions cut in chunks
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
- 1/2 cup sour cream, lite
- - cracker crumbs (ritz are best.)
How To Make sweet onion cassefole

Step 1In skillet, melt butter with onions and cook until translucent.

Step 2Combine with rest of ingredients in medium size casserole dish.

Step 3Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.
