Ingredients
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix
How To Make susan's spinach casserole

Step 1Combine first six ingredients plus 1 cup of the stuffing mix. Mix well.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining stuffing mix.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
