Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 3/4 c
    grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 3/4 c
    pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix

How to Make Susan's Spinach Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first six ingredients plus 1 cup of the stuffing mix. Mix well.
  2. Preheat oven to 350. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining stuffing mix.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
