Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked yellow squash
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup packaged herb stuffing mix, dry
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
How To Make squash and onion casserole

Step 1Mash hot drained cooked squash together with butter.

Step 2Blend in other ingredients except for cheese.

Step 3Place mixture in a greased casserole dish (I used 8 x 8).

Step 4Top with cheese and bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
