Ingredients
- 12 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked but still firm
- 8 ounces mild cheddar. shredded
- 8 ounces colby cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
How To Make southern mac-n-cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Coat a thin layer of butter on a large casserole dish.

Step 3in a large bowl, pour colby, monterey jack, cheddar, and cream cheese on top of hot elbow macaroni and stir.

Step 4Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper to macaroni mixture.

Step 5Transfer mixture to large prepared casserole dish and drizzle the can of condensed milk evenly throughout the dish.

Step 6Bake for 30-40 min or until slightly golden brown and bubbly on top.
