Ingredients

  • 4 cups bread cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2-1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 - eggs, beatened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice

How To Make scalloped pineapple

  • Step 1
    Mix butter, sugar, eggs and milk together in large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add large can of crushed pineapple and juice to mixture in bowl. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Fold in bread cubes until all bread is coated.
  • Step 4
    Pour mixture in buttered casserole dish. Slightly pack mixture into the dish.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
