This recipe has been in my family for years and is great served with grilled steak or roast beef.

  • 16 oz
    sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • ·
    pam spray

How to Make Mushroom Bake


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until browned (approx. 10min.)
    Cover and set aside for 5 min.
    Drain off any liquid.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together (reserving 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese)
  4. Pour into a 8 X 8 baking dish sprayed with Pam and cover with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 min. or until brown. (if not browned after 10 min. place under broiler until browned)
