How to Make Matzo Cheese Kugel
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Fry onions in butter until brown. Cool.
- Crush matzos and soak in cold water for 2 minutes.
- Drain and press out well.
- Mix onions and matzo with eggs, cheese, and salt.
- Pour mixture into a greased pudding dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until browned.
