Ingredients
- 2 - onions, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 - matzos
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make matzo cheese kugel

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 F.

Step 2Fry onions in butter until brown. Cool.

Step 3Crush matzos and soak in cold water for 2 minutes.

Step 4Drain and press out well.

Step 5Mix onions and matzo with eggs, cheese, and salt.

Step 6Pour mixture into a greased pudding dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until browned.
