My friend Ramona Searcy shared this fabulous recipe with me over 30 years ago. It has been a family favorite every since. (It is so popular that my sister expects me to drop everything I'm doing to recite it to her every year. I'm posting it here for Teri.)

Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package cooked broccoli
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound velveeta, cubed
- 1 - small onion, diced
How To Make green rice

Step 1Put eggs, butter, milk, and broccoli in a blender and puree.

Step 2Pour mixture over cooked rice, onions, and cheese and stir together. (Yes, this will look very green!)

Step 3Pour the combined mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
