Ingredients
- 11/2 cups instant rice
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (4oz) cans green chilis (chopped)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make green rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook rice according to stove top directions.

Step 2Mix cooked rice, sour cream, green chili's, salt and pepper together.

Step 3In a lightly buttered 9X13 baking dish, pour half the rice mixture, sprinkle on half the cheese, pour remaining rice mixture and top with remaining cheese.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
