Ingredients

  • 11/2 c
    instant rice
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (4oz) can(s)
    green chilis (chopped)
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Green Rice Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Cook rice according to stove top directions.
  2. Mix cooked rice, sour cream, green chili's, salt and pepper together.
  3. In a lightly buttered 9X13 baking dish, pour half the rice mixture, sprinkle on half the cheese, pour remaining rice mixture and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  5. ENJOY!
