How to Make Green Rice Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook rice according to stove top directions.
- Mix cooked rice, sour cream, green chili's, salt and pepper together.
- In a lightly buttered 9X13 baking dish, pour half the rice mixture, sprinkle on half the cheese, pour remaining rice mixture and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
