Ingredients
- 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen broccoli florets (petite size)
- 1 can (10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter
How To Make easy chicken,broccoli and cheese casserole

Step 1Parboil the broccoli florets until still crisp-tender and then drain well. Place the prepared broccoli florets in a 3 quart casserole dish.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix together the soup, milk and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Pour soup mixture over the broccoli and spread evenly. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese over the top of the soup mixture.

Step 3Melt butter in saucepan. Mix butter and bread crumbs together. Spread bread crumb mixture over the top of the casserole to cover.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered. You can also add cubed chicken to this recipe (2 cups). Place the chicken over the broccoli layer and then pour the soup mixture over that.

Step 5You can serve it over rice.
