Crustless Spinach Quiche
How to Make Crustless Spinach Quiche
- Preheat oven to 350
- Heat oil in fry pan & add onion. Squeeze excess liquid from spinach and add to pan. Cook for approx. 10 minutes on medium and remove from heat to cool.
- In large bowl whisk the eggs. Stir in the cheese and then the cooled spinach/onion mixture. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Spray a 9" pie pan with Pam. Add the mixture to the pan, even it out, and bake for 40 minutes.
