This is a favorite at pot-lucks, quick and easy to make. You can also substitute cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack for more of a kick.

1 8 1/2 oz pkg
corn muffin mix

colby jack cheese, shredded

How to Make Country-Style Corn Pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1preheat oven to 350F. Use an ungreased 9" x 13" pan.
  • 2mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour into pan. Bake 15 minutes.
  • 3Sprinkle top with cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.
