- 1 - 16oz cans whole kernal corn, drained
- 1 - 16oz cans can cream style corn
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream, lite
- 1 8 1/2 oz packages corn muffin mix
- 1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
How To Make country-style corn pudding

Step 1preheat oven to 350F. Use an ungreased 9" x 13" pan.

Step 2mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour into pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Step 3Sprinkle top with cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.
