Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn 15.5 oz, drained
- 2 cans creamed corn, 14 oz
- 2 packages jiffy muffin mix 8.5 oz
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 - eggs
- 16 ounces sour cream
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Spray a 9x13 pan with PAM. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Melt the butter and mix with the corn, in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add to corn. Stir well. Add the sour cream and the 2 packages of muffin mix, stirring well after each addition.

Step 3Mix all ingredients very well and pour into prepared pan. Bake on center rack in oven for 45-60 minutes.
