1Spray a 9x13 pan with PAM. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Melt the butter and mix with the corn, in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add to corn. Stir well. Add the sour cream and the 2 packages of muffin mix, stirring well after each addition.
3Mix all ingredients very well and pour into prepared pan. Bake on center rack in oven for 45-60 minutes.
