1 pt
chicken livers
1 small
onions, small white
2 can(s)
brown gravy
2 c
rice, instant
1 can(s)
mushroom pieces

How to Make Chicken Livers & Rice

Step-by-Step

  • 1halve onion & cut into small strips. Drain liver and cut into small pieces. Fry liver, mushrooms & onions over med. heat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add gravy & heat thoroughly.
  • 2cook rice as package directs.
  • 3Combine mixtures or pour gravy mixture over rice as desired.
