I have never been a Rice lover. But, i came up with this and love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint chicken livers
  • 1 small onions, small white
  • 2 cans brown gravy
  • 2 cups rice, instant
  • 1 can mushroom pieces

How To Make chicken livers & rice

  • Step 1
    halve onion & cut into small strips. Drain liver and cut into small pieces. Fry liver, mushrooms & onions over med. heat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add gravy & heat thoroughly.
  • Step 2
    cook rice as package directs.
  • Step 3
    Combine mixtures or pour gravy mixture over rice as desired.
