  • 1 small
    onions, small white
  • 2 can(s)
    brown gravy
  • 2 c
    rice, instant
  • 1 can(s)
    mushroom pieces

How to Make Chicken Livers & Rice


  1. halve onion & cut into small strips. Drain liver and cut into small pieces. Fry liver, mushrooms & onions over med. heat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add gravy & heat thoroughly.
  2. cook rice as package directs.
  3. Combine mixtures or pour gravy mixture over rice as desired.
