This dish is very creamy. A little goes a long way.
This is a quick dish if you want something different to try that will go with any meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    italian salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced onion
  • 3/4 c
    minute rice uncooked
  • 3/4 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 large
    tomato chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley

How to Make Cheesy Rice and Tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat dressing and add onions. Cook until tender.
  2. Stir in rice, broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 3 mins.
  3. Add both cheeses and parsley. Stir until blended.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 mins.
