This dish is very creamy. A little goes a long way. This is a quick dish if you want something different to try that will go with any meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon italian salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • 3/4 cup minute rice uncooked
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

How To Make cheesy rice and tomatoes

  • Step 1
    Heat dressing and add onions. Cook until tender.
  • Step 2
    Stir in rice, broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 mins.
  • Step 3
    Add both cheeses and parsley. Stir until blended. Remove from heat and let stand 5 mins.
