- 1 tablespoon italian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons diced onion
- 3/4 cup minute rice uncooked
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
How To Make cheesy rice and tomatoes

Step 1Heat dressing and add onions. Cook until tender.

Step 2Stir in rice, broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 mins.

Step 3Add both cheeses and parsley. Stir until blended. Remove from heat and let stand 5 mins.
