- 1 box yellow rice mix
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
- 1 1/4 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheesy chicken and corn

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook rice according to package directions

Step 2save out 1/2 c of the cheese, then add rice and all other ingredients into a bowl and stir until well combined.

Step 3Spoon into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.

Step 4Bake at 350 for about thirty minutes, or until bubbly.
