Cheesy Chicken and Corn
1 boxyellow rice mix
1 stickbutter or margarine
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cshredded, cooked chicken
1 1/4 cfrozen corn, thawed
1 1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Cheesy Chicken and Corn
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook rice according to package directions
- save out 1/2 c of the cheese, then add rice and all other ingredients into a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Spoon into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about thirty minutes, or until bubbly.
