Cheesey Cabbage Casserole
2 1/2 ccoarsely crushed corn flakes
1/2 cmelted butter or margarine
4 1/2 cshredded cabbage
1/3 cchopped onion
1 can(s)condensed cream of celery soup
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Cheesey Cabbage Casserole
- Toss cornflakes with butter. Sprinkle one half into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer with cabbage, onion, salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a bowl, combine soup, milk, and mayo till smooth. Spoon over the cabbage mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Remove cover and top with cheese and remaining corn flakes. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or till golden brown.
