Cheddar Cabbage Casserole
2sleeves ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cbutter, melted
4 1/2 cshredded cabbage
1/3 cchopped onion
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 can(s)cream of celery soup
8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Cheddar Cabbage Casserole
- Toss the crushed crackers with butter; sprinkle half into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer with cabbage, onion, salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon over top; sprinkle with cheese and remaining cracker mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until golden brown.
