Ingredients
- 2 - sleeves ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheddar cabbage casserole

Step 1Toss the crushed crackers with butter; sprinkle half into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2Layer with cabbage, onion, salt and pepper.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon over top; sprinkle with cheese and remaining cracker mixture.

Step 4Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until golden brown.
