Ingredients
- 3 packages frozen broccoli, thawed (9 oz. each)
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10-3/4 oz.)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 cup margarine, melted
- 1/2 pound ritz cracker crumbs
How To Make broccoli casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 400º

Step 2Placed thawed broccoli in a 9x13" baking dish.

Step 3Combine all ingredients except margarine and cracker crumbs; pour over broccoli.

Step 4In a small bowl, mix together margarine and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole.

Step 5Bake for 15-20 minutes.
