Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 - eggs (can also use all or part egg substitute)
- 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple, undrained
- 5 slices bread, cut into cubes
How To Make baked pineapple

Step 1Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well.

Step 2Add pineapple. Stir in bread cubes.

Step 3Turn into a sprayed 2 qt. casserole dish.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Can be served hot or cold.
