    pototes cubed
  • 1 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    sofrito
  • 1 pkg
    chicken broth (1 goya packet)
  • 1 pkg
    beef (or pork) broth (1 goya packet)
  • 1/2 can(s)
    goya tomato paste
  • 1 pkg
    sazon
  • 1 can(s)
    beans (i use red kidney)
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1 can(s)
    vienna sausage ( sliced ) (if you do not like to use can meats, you can use hot dog or even cooked cubed smoke sausage in place of the vienna sausage.)
  • 3-4 c
    cooked white rice

How to Make Spanish Rice - Wet Beans

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredients , simmer until potatoes are are at desired consistency
  2. Serve over cooked white rice
