Ingredients
- 2-3 small pototes cubed
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1-2 tablespoon sofrito
- 1 package chicken broth (1 goya packet)
- 1 package beef (or pork) broth (1 goya packet)
- 1/2 can goya tomato paste
- 1 package sazon
- 1 can beans (i use red kidney)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can vienna sausage ( sliced ) (if you do not like to use can meats, you can use hot dog or even cooked cubed smoke sausage in place of the vienna sausage.)
- 3-4 cups cooked white rice
