Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup butter or bacon drippings
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1/2 cup basmati rice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, optonal
How To Make spanish rice

Step 1Combine tomato sauce, water, onion, green pepper, butter, salt, sugar, mustard and pepper in saucepan. Cover and bring to full boil. Stir in rice and cook until done. Stir with fork and serve.
