Love rice this way, it makes me think of my moms stuffed peppers. I serve this with my Salsa Chuck Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon a-1 steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make spanish rice

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup of parmesan, or cheddar cheese over rice. You can serve it immediately or return to oven until cheese melts slightly.
