Ingredients

  • 3 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 medium
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    a-1 steak sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Spanish Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup of parmesan, or cheddar cheese over rice. You can serve it immediately or return to oven until cheese melts slightly.
