I like to make stir-fry, but found that plain rice was too... blah. So I started making this instead!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, long grain
  • 2 cups vegetable broth, mix
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (toasted sesame oil)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How To Make sesame rice

  • Step 1
    Mix rice, broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and stir. Reduce heat to very low and simmer 20min.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat, let sit for 5min
  • Step 3
    Add sesame seeds and stir. Serve with your favorite stir-fry.
