I like to make stir-fry, but found that plain rice was too... blah. So I started making this instead!

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    rice, long grain
  • 2 c
    vegetable broth, mix
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil (toasted sesame oil)
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame seeds

How to Make Sesame rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix rice, broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and stir. Reduce heat to very low and simmer 20min.
  2. Remove from heat, let sit for 5min
  3. Add sesame seeds and stir. Serve with your favorite stir-fry.
