2 crice, instant
-
1 can(s)mexican corn
-
1/2onion
-
1bell pepper
-
1 can(s)beef consomme
-
1 can(s)rotel
-
1 Tbspbutter, room temperature

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How to Make My spanish rice
- Saute onion and bell pepper in butter and olive oil
- Add the rice, rotel and mexican corn to the skillet. Saute for about a minute then add the beef consomme.
- Let simmer for a few minutes. Transfer mixture to a medium sized baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
