I didn't think I was going to like this,but made it with pork chops and I loved it,It was so easy to make and very tasty

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp - olive oil
- 1 cup - coarsely chopped carrots
- 1 cup - sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup - chopped onion
- 1 pouch - (8.5) microwaveable precooked wild rice
- 1 Tbsp - chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp - ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp - salt
How To Make herb wild rice,carrots and mushrooms

Step 1Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.Add carrot,mushrooms,and onion.Cook 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender,stirring occasionally.

Step 2Heat rice according to package directions.Add rice to pan,stir in remaining ingredients.
