  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup frozen peas

How To Make easy vegetable rice medley

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in nonstick skillet, add onions, carrots, celery and peppers; cook 5 min. or until tender
  • Step 2
    Add broth; bring to boil
  • Step 3
