1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cmushrooms, fresh or canned
1/2 cfrozen green peas
1 1/2 cinstant rice
How to Make Easy Mushroom "Risotto"
- Saute mushrooms in a scant amount of oil (or use non-stick spray). Set aside.
- Whisk soup and water together until well blended. Bring to a low boil (too high and it will burn).
- Add mushrooms, frozen peas, and rice. Mix well.
- Cover and reduce heat to VERY low for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
