This is so good for the cold, winter months!! I love using my rice cooker.

Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- - 1 green pepper chopped
- - 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- - 1/2 cup olive oil
- - 2 cups brown or white rice
- - 3 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1/2 cup half and half
- - 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- - 1 teaspoon sour cream
How To Make creamy mushroom rice in rice cooker

Step 1Place all ingredients in rice cooker, EXCEPT sour cream and half and half.

Step 2Cook as directed for white or brown rice.

Step 3When cooking is completed, add half and half and sour cream(whisked together) replace lid and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 4Stir and enjoy!!!!
