- 1 cup boiling water
- - salt
- - ground mace
- - a small piece of butter
- - parsley, minced
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1 - egg, beaten, opt
- 1 cup sweet cream
- - broth
How To Make bohemian rice soup

Step 1Add rice to a pan and pour boiling water over it, add salt, mace and butter and let it boil until tender. If the water evaporates, add boiling water. The rice must not burn or be broken. When rice is done, turn it into the tureen, add parsley, saffron and clear broth.

Step 2You can finally add beaten egg, with sweet cream.
