I love the flavor of mixing potatoes with cauliflower...add the cheese and wow...you won't want to go back to regular mashed potatoes...my family loves when I make them this way...enjoy!

- 1 pound yukon gold potatoes
- 1 cup cauliflower,florets
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded, cheddar cheese
- - butter to taste
- salt - & pepper to taste
How To Make yukon cauli mashed potatoes

Step 1Place potatoes and cauliflower in large saucepan. Add water to cover. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce to medium and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender; drain and return to pan. Add sour cream. Mash until light and fluffy. Stir in cheese. Enjoy!
