Ingredients

  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (canned, no juice)
  • 1 /2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped peans
  • 1/3 cup self-risng flour

How To Make sweet potato crunch

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and pour in a (9 13) baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Mix topping ingredients together and spoon onto the top of sweet potato mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375 degree for 25 minutes
