We took several recipes and picked what we liked and came up with this. My family LOVES IT!!!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This au gratin potatoes recipe is superb. The scalloped potatoes have a creamy cheesy sauce that's nicely salted with a hint of onion flavor from the onion powder. When baking, the edges get slightly crisp but the potatoes are wonderfully tender. This easy au gratin potato recipe is a delicious side dish that will be a hit at your holiday table.
