Blue Ribbon Recipe

This au gratin potatoes recipe is superb. The scalloped potatoes have a creamy cheesy sauce that's nicely salted with a hint of onion flavor from the onion powder. When baking, the edges get slightly crisp but the potatoes are wonderfully tender. This easy au gratin potato recipe is a delicious side dish that will be a hit at your holiday table.
