Ingredients

    10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of chicken,or mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 c
    unsallted melted butter
  • 3
    medium russet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • TOP

  • 2 c
    bells stuffing or your favorite stuffing mix
  • 1/4 c
    unsalted melted butter

How to Make Stuffing Potato Casserole Crock pot

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the soup,sour cream,butter,onion, and salt in a bowl. combine well,and set aside.
  2. mix the potatoes with the shredded cheese. Place mixture on the bottom of crock pot.
  3. Pour the soup,sour cream mixture over the top of potato cheese mixture. Spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top of soup mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
    Cook on low for 8-10 hours,or high for 5-6 hours,or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6-8
