This is a delicious savory recipe that has been tweaked to my liking. It was given to me in my old friend Linda. Serve as a side dish with your favorite chicken dish. Place in crock pot and forget it. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 - 10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of chicken,or mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup unsallted melted butter
  • 3 - medium russet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • TOP
  • 2 cups bells stuffing or your favorite stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup unsalted melted butter

How To Make stuffing potato casserole crock pot

  • Step 1
    Mix the soup,sour cream,butter,onion, and salt in a bowl. combine well,and set aside.
  • Step 2
    mix the potatoes with the shredded cheese. Place mixture on the bottom of crock pot.
  • Step 3
    Pour the soup,sour cream mixture over the top of potato cheese mixture. Spread evenly.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top of soup mixture. Drizzle with melted butter. Cook on low for 8-10 hours,or high for 5-6 hours,or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6-8
