Ingredients
- 1 - 10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of chicken,or mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup unsallted melted butter
- 3 - medium russet potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- TOP
- 2 cups bells stuffing or your favorite stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup unsalted melted butter
How To Make stuffing potato casserole crock pot

Step 1Mix the soup,sour cream,butter,onion, and salt in a bowl. combine well,and set aside.

Step 2mix the potatoes with the shredded cheese. Place mixture on the bottom of crock pot.

Step 3Pour the soup,sour cream mixture over the top of potato cheese mixture. Spread evenly.

Step 4Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top of soup mixture. Drizzle with melted butter. Cook on low for 8-10 hours,or high for 5-6 hours,or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6-8
