Ingredients

10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of chicken,or mushroom soup
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
unsallted melted butter
3
medium russet potatoes peeled and diced
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese

TOP

2 c
bells stuffing or your favorite stuffing mix
1/4 c
unsalted melted butter

How to Make Stuffing Potato Casserole Crock pot

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix the soup,sour cream,butter,onion, and salt in a bowl. combine well,and set aside.
  • 2mix the potatoes with the shredded cheese. Place mixture on the bottom of crock pot.
  • 3Pour the soup,sour cream mixture over the top of potato cheese mixture. Spread evenly.
  • 4Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top of soup mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
    Cook on low for 8-10 hours,or high for 5-6 hours,or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6-8
