I got this from Kraft's Food and Family Cookbook. This is not a weight watcher recipe. However, I do like to point the points no matter how high they are. Weight watcher points: 5

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds small red potatoes (about 9), quartered
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 - green onions, sliced

How To Make steakhouse potato salad

  • Step 1
    Place potatoes in 2-qt microwaveable dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 minutes or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Place in large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate 1 hour or until completely cooled.
  • Step 3
    Mix dressings. Add to potatoes with remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
