- potatoes-- 5 lb
- bacon bits
- 1 can
- cream of chicken soup
- 3 cups
- 1 package
- italian dry dressing mix
How to Make Slow cooker cheesy potatoes and ham
- 1Wash and chop potatoes. The bigger the pieces, the longer it will take to cook.
- 2Chop the ham. You can use lunch meat or leftover ham. Whichever you have on hand :) add as much as you want.
- 3Layer in the following order in the crock pot: potatoes, Italian dressing mix, ham, bacon bits, handful of cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- 4Pour cream of chicken soup on top. Stir it a little.
Let it cook for at least 6 to 8 hours on low, 5 on high until potatoes are soft. Stir it every now and then.
