- 12 medium russet potatoes, peeled & chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 6 slices thick cut bacon, chopped
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped small
How To Make skillet potatoes

Step 1In a large skillet on medium/low heat, put olive oil in skillet add potatoes, seasoning salt, bacon & onion and cook until bacon is browned and onions are transparent.

Step 2Potatoes should be tender about 40 minutes.
