- 3-4 medium potatoes,peeled and sliced very thin
- 1 medium onion,peeled and sliced thin
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- - kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
How To Make scalloped blue cheese potatoes

Step 1IN A 8 OR 9 INCH SQUARE BAKING DISH, COMBINE POTATOES, ONION, BUTTER, SALT AND PEPPER. TOSS. SPREAD TO MAKE AN EVEN LAYER. POUR HALF AND HALF OVER POTATOES, BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.

Step 2REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SPRINKLE WITH BLUE CHEESE. RETURN TO OVEN, UNCOVERED AND BAKE 10 TO 15 MINUTES. RUN UNDER THE BROILER IF YOU WANT TOP TO BROWN.
