Ingredients
- 4-6 - red potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1-2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make rosemary potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together; Spoon into a greased 13x9 inch pan.

Step 3Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
