This is a recipe I tried recently from my Gooseberry Patch recipe book.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 - red potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1-2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How To Make rosemary potatoes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients together; Spoon into a greased 13x9 inch pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
