Ingredients For roasted rosemary potatoes
yukon gold potatoes
fresh rosemary, minced
salt and pepper
How To Make roasted rosemary potatoes
Preheat oven to 350
Cook the potatoes in water for 20 minutes.
Cut into medium sized cubes.
Slowly sauté onions in olive oil until caramelized (about 20-25 minutes over moderate heat).
Season with salt and pepper.
Add butter, garlic, and brown sugar.
Stir for an additional minute.
Add the potatoes and rosemary.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Roast potatoes for 30-35 minut4es until brown and crispy.
